Pls inform schools *not to promote any student to the next class in EMIS portal until we get instructions from the state EMIS team* 

Let them gather the new admission  students details in student profile format for time being

Pls inform schools to note the following...

As instructed by EMIS state team on 13.08.2020  the schools should have moved only these terminal classes to Common pool 

Primary school - V

Middle school- VIII

High school- X

Higher Sec School - XII

Before going for TC generation they should have done the following, 

Check  all data of students in student profile

Updated TC details and saved

Selected reason for TC and submitted 

Viewed the student TC in *Past Student List* 

(pls inform that TC can be edited *only twice* after saving)
